At BabyZBazaar, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide the best quality products for your little ones. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with the following policy.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (“Return Window”).Some products (such as feeding nipples, personal hygiene items, or undergarments) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

2. Product Condition:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

3. Proof of Purchase:

A valid invoice or order number is required for all returns.

4. Defective or Damaged Products:

If the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases, BabyZBazaar will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a free pickup (depending on your city).

4. Refund Terms

6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return unless defective:

Feeding nipples or bottles (once opened)

Personal hygiene items (e.g., breast pads)

Underwear, socks, or innerwear

Gift cards or digital downloads

Items sealed for sanitary reasons

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Once the item has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — in that case, the return policy will apply.
